Pumpful Privacy Policy

Overview

Pumpful (“the App”) is a pumping and feeding tracker built to be private by default. The short version: your data stays on your devices. We don’t run a server that collects your personal data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t track you.

What We Collect

Almost nothing. The only data the App handles is the pumping and feeding information you enter — volume, side, duration, notes, and timestamps. This data is stored locally on your deviceusing SwiftData (Apple’s on-device database).

If you turn on iCloud sync, your session data syncs across your own devices through Apple CloudKit, in a private database that only you can access. We cannot read it.

Purchases

Pumpful Pro subscriptions and any purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment method, and Apple does not share your personal billing details with us. The App only learns whether a Pro subscription is active. Purchase verification happens on your device — we do not transmit your purchase data to any server.

What We Don’t Do

• No advertising or ad networks.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that send your data to third parties.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
• No selling or sharing of your data — ever.

Notifications

Pumpful uses local notifications only — to remind you between pumps. These stay on your device. We never send you marketing messages.

Your Choices

• Delete your data at any time from within the App, or by removing the App.
• Manage iCloud sync in your device’s iCloud settings.
• Manage notifications in your device’s Settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Children’s Privacy

Pumpful is a tool for parents and caregivers. We don’t knowingly collect data from children, and the App doesn’t ask for a child’s personal information.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how the App handles data, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date. Any feature that adds data collection in the future will be optional and clearly disclosed.
